ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. 

Damages and issues with certain defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate whether you qualify for a return. Failure to do so within the 30-day period may result in a loss of eligibility for a return.

We do not accept returns on items that have been customized and decorated with your logo unless the item is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. The items you order are made specifically for you.

Please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Each garment displays with the manufacturer size chart to assist in your decision. Kramer Marketing, Inc. is not responsible for the purchase of incorrectly sized garments and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the item is customized with your logo.

Exceptions / non-returnable items         
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including without limitation special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (including without limitation beauty products), sale or discounted items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (each a “Non-Returnable Item”). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you desire the same type of item, then you will need to place a new order for the desired item as soon as possible. Your refund for the accepted returned item will be credited to the credit card/debit card that was used to make the original purchase as soon as the applicable qualifying return is processed. Subject to satisfaction of the Return Conditions, we recommend that you immediately initiate the return process to ensure you get product you want, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are not liable for any loss or damages in connection with your inability to purchase an item, including a replacement for the returned item, for reasons related to following our proposed recommendations.

Acceptance of Returns/ Refund 
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, your return is not “accepted” until we notify you in writing, including via electronic mail, that you have satisfied the Return Conditions.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof. If approved, your refund will be applied to the original credit card or debit card that was used to make the original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and we are in no way liable for any loss arising out of such delay.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return: (i) you must first submit a request for a return within the 30-day period provided above to us, as provided below; (ii) your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (“Original Condition”); (iii) you must have the receipt or other form of proof of purchase satisfactory to us in our sole discretion; and (iv) your item must not be a Non-Returnable Item (as provided below). Your item will not be eligible for a return if all of the foregoing conditions are not satisfied (the “Return Conditions”).
